Best known for founding and scaling Discus Dental, Robert turned a modest $40,000 investment into a $170 million global enterprise. Under his leadership, Discus became the #1 direct-to-dentist professional dental brand with distribution in 17 countries, achieving sustained double-digit revenue growth for over a decade. His ability to identify market gaps and deliver visionary solutions continues to shape the future of dental care and diagnostics.

As Chairman and CEO of Perimetrics, Robert now leads the development of InnerView®, a revolutionary AI-powered diagnostic technology that enables early detection of implant instability and compromised osseointegration. Using Quantitative Percussion Diagnostics (QPD), InnerView® provides clinicians with a non-invasive, predictive tool that helps prevent implant failure, assess natural tooth and restoration integrity, and improve long-term outcomes.
